In order to use some of the functions of our system you will have to register. During the registration you will be asked about your e-mail address and the password you will be using on our website.

Before we can make a purchase transaction of goods in our store we will ask you for your first and last name, address, telephone number and data concerning payment method (at the moment without providing credit card data – we do not have such possibility, see PayPall).

When you contact us via website, phone, email, etc. you provide us with your personal data, e.g. name, email address, etc.

How do we use your data?

Under no circumstances will we sell the data collected about you to third parties.

Data collected during the registration will be used only to enable you to log into our system. Registration is mandatory if you want to make a purchase.

The data collected during the purchase transaction will be used to complete the transaction, including collecting money from you and sending you the ordered goods. For this purpose, your data may be transferred to a company that processes payment transactions in order to charge your credit card. This company will not use the data for any other purpose. Providing this data is obligatory if you wish to make a purchase.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, or otherwise agreed to receive it, we will use your data to send you our newsletter. You will be asked if you want to receive the newsletter during registration.

Data collected automatically may be used to analyze user behavior on our website, to collect demographic data about our users, or to personalize the content of our websites. This data is collected automatically about each user.

Data collected in the course of correspondence between you and our service will be used solely to respond to your inquiry.

In case of inspection of the General Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection, your data may be made available to the employees of the Inspectorate in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection.

If you have made a transaction to purchase goods, you may receive emails from us regarding your transaction. We may also contact you by phone if we have important information regarding your transaction.

If you have subscribed to our Newsletter, or otherwise agreed to receive it, you will receive our Newsletter from us by email.

How can you let us know if your information has changed?

After logging into the system and selecting the Data section, you can make changes or delete your personal data collected during the registration and used to log into the system and sending the Newsletter. Data used for purchase transactions cannot be changed or deleted as they are part of the bill or invoice. Data collected automatically cannot be changed or deleted.

In the Opera browser

Open the menu with the “Opera” button in the top left corner and select “Settings” and then “Clear browsing history…”.

In addition to being able to delete already set cookies, there is also a button “Manage cookies…” leading to more advanced options for individual sites.

In Apple Safari

In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and there the “Privacy” tab. Here you will find numerous options regarding cookies.

On cell phones, tablets and other mobile devices.

Each phone model may handle this feature differently. Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy options in the documentation on your mobile device manufacturer’s website.

How do we secure your personal information?

The communication between your computer and our server when we collect your personal information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). In addition, our databases are protected from access by third parties.
